At ANA Medical Equipment, your satisfaction is our priority. We provide a clear and simple return and refund policy to ensure a secure shopping experience.

Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 1 calendar day of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Non-defective items:
    • Must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
    • Must include all original accessories, manuals, and labels.
  • Defective or damaged items:
    • Can be returned even if opened.
    • We may request photo or video proof.
  • Custom or special-order items:
    • Not eligible for return unless defective.

Exchanges

We allow exchanges within 1 day of delivery:

  • Must follow the same eligibility conditions as returns.
  • Item must be unused unless it is defective.
  • Exchange is subject to product availability.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery:

Include your order number and a short description of the issue.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for return or arrange pickup (if applicable).

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless:
    • The product is defective
    • The wrong item was sent

Important Notes

  • Returns requested after 1 day from delivery will not be accepted.
  • Items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email) is required for all returns and exchanges.
